Jaipur, Sept. 23 -- The Rajasthan High Court has ordered for issuance of notices to the state Urban Development Secretary and the Managing Directors of five power supply companies in the matter of appointment of engineers in the UDH department.
A division bench comprising Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma and Justice Sanjith Purohit ordered to issue notices on Monday in a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by People Against Corruption, against the appointment of 20-23 engineers of power companies into the state urban development department.
