Jaipur, Dec. 10 -- The Rajasthan Government has issued execution orders for works involving investment of Rs 5,184 crore, in two major drinking water schemes under the Navnera Drinking Water Project and the Parvan Akawad Drinking Water Project for Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar and Baran districts.

The execution orders were released on Tuesday, following directives from Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma at a high level review meeting here, for works targeted to be completed by August 2027 for providing potable water around 2.6 lakhs domestic house-holds of Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar and Baran districts.
