Chennai, Nov. 30 -- Hours after the BJP-led Government announced rechristeningthe names of Raj Bhavans in the country as Lok Bhavans (People Bhavans) on therequest of Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi, the Whatsapp media group of Raj Bhavanhas been changed to the new name.
The Whatsapp group was created by Raj Bhavan to share invitations and all pressreleases pertaining to the Governor's functions, apart from his all social media posts.
The media Whatsapp group of which this reporter was a member, saw waschanged, thanks to Mr RaAvi's request.
Following the Centre's announcement on name change, the name of Raj Bhavanmedia WhatsApp group was changed as Lok Bhavan.
