Ranchi, Oct. 7 -- Light rainfall is expected to continue across most districts of Jharkhand, including Ranchi, till October 9, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The department has predicted that while Garhwa, Palamu, Chatra, and Latehar may experience relatively dry conditions, the rest of the state is likely to witness intermittent showers on October 8 and 9.

IMD officials today said that conditions will begin to clear after October 10, leading to a noticeable dip in temperature. However, light rainfall may still occur in Simdega, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, and Seraikela-Kharsawan districts even after October 10.
