Ranchi, June 1 -- Due to continuous changes in the weather, there is a possibility of rain in various districts of Jharkhand till June 6, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
A trough line is passing from north-eastern Uttar Pradesh to eastern Vidarbha, 0.9 km above sea level. Light rain is likely in different parts of the state and a rise in temperature, the IMD bulletin said.
On Sunday, Ranchi recorded a maximum temperature of 34 degrees Celsius, Jamshedpur 36.5, Daltenganj 37.8, Bokaro 34.1, and Chaibasa 35.8 degrees Celsius.
