Patna, July 7 -- Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw today laid the foundation stone and inaugurated several important projects at the Karpoorigram Station under Samastipur Division in Bihar.
Vaishnaw said here that the central government was consistently working toward modernising and enhancing Bihar's railway infrastructure.
After laying the foundation stone, Vaishnaw inspected Digha Bridge Halt, where he thoroughly reviewed passenger amenities and their safety,
During the inspection, he instructed to ensure modern and safe rail experience for the passengers.
