Thiruvananthapuram, May 16 -- Southern Railway on Friday held a meeting of the Members of Parliament in Kerala to discuss key development works -- both completed and ongoing -- pertaining to various constituencies under the Thiruvananthapuram Division.
The MPs deliberated on various issues including introduction of new trains, provision of additional stoppages, progress on new railway line constructions, extensions of existing services, station development, doubling and electrification works, construction of Road Over Bridges/Road Under Bridges, improvement of passenger amenities, and land acquisition for railway projects.
