Hyderabad, Oct. 6 -- Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has set a new benchmark in land auctions by securing a record Rs 177 crore per acre for 7.67 acres at Raidurg in Hyderabad's Knowledge City.
The auction fetched a total of Rs 1,357.59 crore, making it the highest-ever price realised in any government-led auction in the state. This milestone surpasses the previous record of Rs 100.75 crore per acre achieved during the Neopolis, Kokapet auctions conducted by HMDA in 2022.
