Patna, Oct. 29 -- union Home Minister Amit Shah today strongly accused Congress Leader Rahul Gandhi of insulting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chhath devotees, saying the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha would have to pay a heavy price for it in the ongoing Bihar assembly elections.
Participating in a programme organised by a news channel, Shah alleged that Gandhi had been continuously lowering the level of political discourse through his successive remarks.
