Muzaffarpur, Oct. 29 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today made an impassioned appeal to transform Bihar into the "centre of the world," saying the state's immense talent, intelligence and hard work have the potential to make it one of the most developed regions globally.
Addressing a massive rally of the Grand Alliance (GA), Gandhi said here that the GA wants to build Bihar so prosperous that people from other states come here seeking work. Just as Biharis migrate to Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat or Bengaluru, the GA wants the reverse, Bihar where others arrive to find opportunities, he explained.
