New Delhi, Dec. 11 -- Upping his ante after his speech in Lok Sabha laced with "vote chori" allegations that invited sharp reaction from BJP leader Amit Shat, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said Shah "was under high mental pressure, and did not reply" to what he said about his vote theft charges during elections.

"(Amit Shah) used unacceptable language, his hands were shaking, you must have seen it... he mentally under high pressure, it was seen in the Parliament yesterday, the whole country saw it" Gandhi said, speaking to mediapersons outside Parliament on Thursday.
