Bengaluru, April 26 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address public meetings in Vijayapura and Ballari in Karnataka on Friday when the state is voting in its first phase for 14 out of 28 seats for the Lok Sabha elections. The former Congress President will kick off his campaign with an election rally in Vijayapura at 12.30 pm. Next he will proceed to Ballari for his second meeting, scheduled at 3.30 pm. Both Vijayapura and Ballari Lok Sabha constituencies are among the 14 seats set to go to polls on May 7.
