Hubballi, Aug. 9 -- Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Coal and Mines Pralhad Joshi today strongly criticised leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi for his recent remarks against the Election Commission, terming them unfounded and irresponsible. Speaking to media here, Joshi said Gandhi's comments had no factual basis and were intended to mislead the public.
