Thiruvananthapuram, March 7 -- Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Saturday visited the revered Sivagiri Mutt and offered floral tributes at the Samadhi of social reformer Sree Narayana Guru.

During the visit, Gandhi also went to the Sarada Mutt and the Vaidika Mutt, where the historic meeting between Mahatma Gandhi and Sree Narayana Guru had taken place.

Members of Parliament K C Venugopal and Adoor Prakash, along with MLAs P C Vishnunath and Chandy Oommen, accompanied him during the visit.
