Kottayam, July 18 -- Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi will inaugurate the 'Oommen Chandy Memorial Meet,' a state-level event marking the second death anniversary of former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, here today.
