Siliguri, April 13 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will arrive in West Bengal on Tuesday to campaign for the ongoing Assembly elections, a party leader said on Monday.
Addressing a press conference here, Congress spokesperson Charan Singh Sapra said Gandhi will begin his campaign with a public meeting at Samserganj in Murshidabad district, followed by a rally at Chanchal in Malda district. He will depart after addressing a meeting in Raiganj of Uttar Dinajpur district.
During the press meet, Sapra also launched a sharp attack on the ongoing 'Special Intensive Revision' (SIR) of the electoral rolls in West Bengal.
