Patna, Oct. 3 -- Launching a strong attack on the Congress, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya today accused Rahul Gandhi of "Modi phobia" and playing into the hands of foreign powers. Maurya who is here in Patna after being appointed as co incharge for Bihar assembly elections, criticised Gandhi for repeatedly questioning India's democracy and investigative agencies during his foreign visits. "Rahul Gandhi's obsession with Prime Minister Modi has turned into a phobia". He said that Gandhi's continuous attacks on India's institutions are now part of his nature and the people of Bihar and India will not forgive this.
