Mumbai, Sept. 19 -- BJP's Maharashtra state chief spokesperson Keshav Upadhye today claimed that Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, who has alleged vote rigging, is "the king of vote rigging".

"It has become the business of the Congress to hold press conferences with bravado, make video presentations, raise false issues of vote rigging with the help of the Congress ecosystem and simply raise hot air without presenting any evidence. Rahul Gandhi should apologise to the country for making false allegations of vote rigging.
