Chandigarh, Sept. 17 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has won hearts with a heartfelt gesture, fulfilling the wish of a young boy from Ghonewal village in Amritsar, Punjab, by gifting him a new bicycle. The boy's old bicycle was destroyed in the recent floods.
The incident occurred during Gandhi's visit to the flood-affected areas of Punjab on September 15. He had toured regions in Amritsar, including Ramdas, Ajnala, and Gurdaspur's Dera Baba Nanak and Dina Nagar.
