Raebareli, Jan. 20 -- Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi launched a sharp attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP-led central government, accusing them of weakening the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) and attempting to undermine the Constitution.
