Banka, Nov. 7 -- Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Friday launched a fierce attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Election Commission, accusing them of conspiring to manipulate the ongoing Bihar assembly elections.

Addressing a massive rally in Amarpur assembly constituency, Gandhi alleged that BJP leaders were indulging in "vote theft" by casting ballots multiple times "first in Delhi and then in Bihar."The Congress leader claimed that the BJP was running a coordinated campaign to delete the names of Congress supporters, particularly those belonging to poor, minority, Dalit, and extremely backward communities from the voters' list.
