New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi today alleged that "vote chori (theft)" was taking place in elections and accused Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar of protecting those who have "destroyed Indian democracy."Claiming to have insiders within the Commission, Gandhi said his party is now receiving information about alleged "vote chori" from within the EC.
The Raebareli MP made these allegations during a press conference at the AICC headquarters here.
