Hyderabad, Sept. 22 -- Telangana Irrigation and Civil Supplies Minister Capt. N. Uttam Kumar Reddy on Monday underscored that quality must remain the guiding principle of governance in Telangana, stressing that rigorous standards in irrigation projects and food distribution systems are critical to ensuring public welfare.

Speaking after inaugurating the 39th Annual Convention of the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Hyderabad Chapter, he said the government was investing in digitisation, real-time monitoring, and automation across supply chains to guarantee efficiency and quality at every stage.
