Beijing, June 8 -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted western Indian-Antarctic Ridge at 2320 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 47.83 degrees south latitude and 116.02 degrees east longitude.
