New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Delhi Cabinet Minister Parvesh Verma addressed a press conference at the Delhi Secretariat on Tuesday, describing the union Budget 2026-27 as a "next-generation budget" that strengthens India's economic foundation while accelerating Delhi's development.
