Moscow, May 28 -- A potential meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is feasible, but such an encounter must be the result of "specific agreements between the delegations," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on Wednesday.
Peskov indicated that work on Russia's draft memorandum concerning Ukraine is "in its final stages," with its contents set to be revealed "soon," which he said would "pav(e) the way for the next round of negotiations." The Kremlin, however, "will not discuss document details via media," stressing that "coordination must happen discreetly."
