Puri, Nov. 11 -- In the wake of Monday's Delhi blast, a high alert has been sounded in Puri town, particularly in and around the Sri Jagannath Temple.
Security arrangements have been significantly strengthened. Specially trained commandos have been deployed at all four gates of the temple.
Puri SP Pratik Singh told the media that adequate police deployment has been made at sensitive locations such as the Srimandir, while officers in plain clothes have been visiting various hotels to identify any suspicious persons.
