Mohali, Aug. 23 -- The Punjabi entertainment industry mourns the loss of beloved comedian Jaswinder Bhalla, fondly known as the "Comedy King," who passed away at the age of 65 due to a brain stroke.

His mortal remains were brought to his residence in Mohali from Fortis Hospital today, where they were kept for final respects before his last rites.

A somber atmosphere enveloped Bhalla's home as family, friends, and fans gathered to pay their tributes. Prominent figures from the film industry, including actress Neeru Bajwa and singer Amar Noorie, were among those who arrived to bid farewell.

Overwhelmed with grief, Neeru Bajwa declined to speak to the media, stating she was not in a condition to comment.
