Chandigarh, Aug. 30 -- In a major breakthrough against organised crime, the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) of Punjab has apprehended one of the main shooters involved in the sensational murder of Rakesh Kumar alias Gaggi at village Khwaja Basal in Una, Himachal Pradesh. Police also recovered a .32 bore country-made pistol along with six live cartridges from his possession, said Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav here on Friday.
The arrested accused has been identified as Vipan Kumar, a resident of Bassi Muda, Baghpur Mandir in Hoshiarpur.
