Chandigarh, March 30 -- Acting on credible intelligence, Punjab Police have apprehended Maninder alias Bobby, wanted in connection with the explosive attack at Raipur Rasoolpur, a top officer said on Sunday.
State Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav said Maninder was arrested by Jalandhar rural cops
at Chandigarh Airport.
Maninder arranged weapons later collected by Rohit Basra, who handed them over to two other alleged criminals Amritpreet and Dheeraj on March 8.
He also has multiple cases against his name under the Arms Act.
Further investigation was on to uncover the full network, said Yadav. UNI GS SSP
