Chandigarh, Nov. 2 -- In a significant push towards eradicating child begging, the Punjab Government has rescued and rehabilitated 704 children under its flagship initiatives Project JIWANJYOT and Project JIWANJYOT 2.0.
The campaign, spearheaded by Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister Dr. Baljit Kaur, aims to ensure a secure, dignified, and hopeful future for every child in the state.
According to Dr. Kaur, the initiative launched under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann focuses on systematic rescue operations across Punjab.
