Chandigarh, Feb. 22 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Saturday reiterated that the state had no water to give to Haryana.
Speaking to reporters on the issue of Satlej Yamuna Link (SYL) canal, Mann said that there were many meetings between him and his Haryana counterpart and he has clarified time and again that they have no water to give to Haryana.
The Chief Minister said that his government always states its stand in the courts clearly.
