Chandigarh, March 31 -- In a major push to transform the state's industrial landscape, the Punjab Government has approved a series of path-breaking reforms aimed at simplifying land ownership and modernizing infrastructure management.

Punjab Minister for Industries & Commerce, Sanjeev Arora, announced on Tuesday that the Cabinet has cleared significant amendments to the policy for converting leasehold industrial plots and sheds to freehold, alongside a comprehensive restructuring of post-allotment services to foster an investor-centric ecosystem.
