Chandigarh, Oct. 13 -- In a continued effort to rejuvenate Buddha Dariya and tackle pollution from Ludhiana's dyeing industry, the Punjab government held a detailed meeting with the Tamil Nadu Water Investment Company (TWIC) at MGSIPA, Chandigarh, on October 8. TWIC, a joint venture between the Tamil Nadu government and IL&FS, is known for developing Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) in major textile hubs like Tirupur and Erode.
