Chandigarh, Aug. 16 -- In a strategic move to bolster its organizational structure ahead of the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections, the Punjab Congress has initiated preparations for electing new district presidents.
The party's high command has appointed 29 observers to oversee the election process under its ongoing organizational restructuring campaign.
The elections are set to commence soon, with the new district presidents expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening the party's grassroots presence.
