Chandigarh, March 19 -- Senior Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader and former Minister Bikram Singh Majithia on Wednesday accused Bhagwant Mann led Aam Admi Party (AAP) government of trying to suppress the voice of Punjab farmers by arresting their top leaders and alleged he has "backstabbed" the country's farmers. In a statement released here, he said the farming sector is in distress in the state but CM Mann under the influence of his power is trying to crush the voice of the "annadata".
