Chandigarh, Sept. 7 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has scheduled a cabinet meeting for Monday at his official residence, despite remaining under medical observation at a private hospital in Mohali.
Mann, who is recovering from recent health concerns, will participate virtually via video conference, prioritising administrative duties from his bedside.
