Chandigarh, Dec. 16 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday delivered a strong message to gangsters and criminals, asserting that the state government will not tolerate any attempt to disturb law and order.
Addressing a press conference here, Mann warned that the belief of escaping consequences after opening fire must be abandoned, as police will take strict action against those involved in gun violence.
