Mohali, Sept. 7 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali due to health concerns, is showing signs of recovery, according to a statement released by the hospital management.
Doctors expect him to be discharged in the coming days. Several Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, including party in-charge Manish Sisodia, visited Mann and expressed optimism about his swift recovery.
Mann's health deteriorated while he was actively overseeing relief efforts in flood-affected areas of Punjab. On September 3, he returned to his official residence in Chandigarh after cancelling a scheduled visit to Gurdaspur due to feeling unwell.
