Chandigarh, Aug. 4 -- In a major push to strengthen public healthcare services, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has announced the opening of 200 new Aam Aadmi clinics across the state, raising the total number to 1,081.

The Chief Minister, while speaking at a function to mark the launch of a WhatsApp Chatbot for 881 existing Aam Aadmi Clinics, hailed the day as a historic milestone in Punjab's healthcare journey.

He said the integration of clinics with WhatsApp would greatly benefit patients in today's digital age. These clinics currently serve around 70,000 people every day.
