Punjab: SAD's Kler launches sharp attack on AAP govt over Land Pooling Policy

Chandigarh, June 2 -- In a sharp attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) chief spokesperson Arshdeep Singh Kler said the AAP had promised to give Minimum Support Price (MSP) to farmers on the eve of the 2022 Assembly elections, but instead the Bhagwant Mann-led AAP regime was "usurping the land of the farmers" of the state.

In a statement here, Kler said it was shocking to see that the AAP government had introduced a new policy under which it was going to acquire agricultural land and sell it to builders and developers.
