Chandigarh, Dec. 9 -- Punjab BJP president Sunil Jakhar has written a sharply worded letter to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, urging the state government to initiate a court-monitored investigation into what he describes as the "real engine" driving Punjab's drug crisis, the money trail behind the illegal trade. He has demanded that the probe be supervised directly by the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
