Phagwara, March 6 -- Due to ongoing matrimonial dispute between a husband and wife forced three members of a family to commit suicide at Village Cheema-Khurad near Goraya late Friday night, police said on Saturday.
According to SHO Goraya Harjit Singh, the deceased were identified as Kehar Singh, his daughter Prabhjot (11) and son Ekam (9).
The deceased took the extreme step after feeling much humiliation in his in -laws house at Village Tagra the paternal house of his annoyed Wife Rimpi, where he went to pacify his angry wife who refused to return back to her in-laws' house at Village Cheema-Khurd.
