Amritsar, March 15 -- An explosive was hurled at a temple in Amritsar on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday, police said.

Amritsar commissioner of police Gurpreet Bhullar told media persons that two motorcycle-borne persons hurled an explosive at the Thakurdwara temple. Nobody was hurt, however some glasses were broken.

He said that police officials as well as forensic teams reached the spot. CCTV footage was being looked into and the accused would be nabbed soon.

He said that a conspiracy by Pakistan to disturb peace might be behind the incident. UNI GS MR
