Amritsar, June 3 -- Congress MP from Amritsar Gurjeet Singh Aujla has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the security of the Golden Temple in Amritsar, and proposed that the area be declared a "no war zone".
He said that this demand has become even more important after the claim of a Major General of the Indian Army, who had said that the Pakistani Air Force had targeted the Golden Temple last month, during the Operation Sindoor military clash.
