Pune, Oct. 12 -- Pune will host the 'Run for Unity' mega marathon on November 2 to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, India's Iron Man and architect of national integration, announced Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation Murlidhar Mohol today.

Minister Mohol said in a press release that the marathon, organised by Sanskriti Pratishthan, will be flagged off from SP College. The event aims to promote fitness, unity, and national harmony among citizens.
