Dharamshala, Dec. 12 -- Former Dharamshala Mayor Devendra Jaggi on Friday said the massive turnout at the Jan Sankalp Sammelan in Mandi has sent a clear political message, asserting that the crowd's presence was a "public seal of approval" for the Congress government's three-year performance.

He said the overwhelming participation has demolished the BJP's "false narrative" and exposed its failed attempts to spread confusion.

He added that people have witnessed the Congress government's work on the ground, including restoration of the old pension scheme, a Rs 680-crore start-up fund, and major improvements in roads and communication services.
