Hyderabad, Dec. 20 -- Vice President CP Radhakrishnan on Saturday said Public Service Commissions (PSCs) play a decisive role in shaping the quality, integrity and effectiveness of India's governance systems.

Addressing the valedictory session of the two-day National Conference of Chairpersons of Public Service Commissions at Ramoji Film City, he said that as India moves towards the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047, the quality of governance would depend largely on the quality of individuals selected to run public institutions.
