Hyderabad, Oct. 22 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao today warned the Congress government that the party would lay siege to the Secretariat if it failed to clear fee reimbursement arrears to colleges.
Addressing election rallies in the Jubilee Hills Assembly constituency, Rao said the BJP, along with college managements and students, would besiege the Secretariat and prevent ministers from moving freely if the government did not pay the dues immediately.
He accused the Revanth Reddy-led government of betraying students and educational institutions by not fulfilling its promises.
