New Delhi, March 3 -- The Empowered Committee for Capability Enhancement of the Indian Air Force (IAF) has asked the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), DPSUs and private sector to work together to achieve the desired goal with enhanced 'Aatmanirbharta'.
Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh presented the report to Defence Minister Rajnath Singh here on Monday, a Defence Ministry statement said.
The committee has identified key thrust areas and made recommendations for implementation in the short, medium and long term to achieve the desired capability enhancement goals of the lAF optimally.
